Short description

The specialized MELKA L-type transport stand is a reliable solution for the safe transport of jumbo glass packages measuring up to 6000x3210 mm and with a load capacity of up to 31 tons. The robust steel structure with rubberized supports and safety features ensures stability and load protection during in-plant transport and loading onto inloaders. Ergonomic positioners and seals increase work efficiency and minimize the risk of damage.

Description:

  • welded steel structure,
  • 6 fixed basic lower brackets,
  • base platform support covered with rubber with 16 mm thick fabric spacers
  • 2 touch panels-positioners mounted on low rear supports, covered with a 5 mm Regupol rubber mat,
  • the plate covering the floor of the stand is made of zinc sheet,
  • protection against rainwater - sealed from the bottom with silicone,
  • plate mounted for the barcode, name and logo


Application:

  • In-plant transport 31 tonnes net at a speed of 6 km/h.
  • Transport with rear-loading semi-trailers, designed for L-Frame racks with a hydropneumatic loading and securing system, Inloader semi-trailer.
