Description:

  • The table's design allows for height adjustment within the range of 950-1150 mm. The table top is equipped with a grid and blocks that help the worker properly position the muntin bars and maintain their perpendicularity and parallelism when arranging them. The staplers move on special guides that ensure precise movements. Special aluminum profiles are used as guides for the muntin positioning sides. These elements are equipped with a self-centering device that positions the muntin's axis of symmetry always in the axis of symmetry of the stapler head. Two diaphragm pneumatic actuators, controlled by a switch, are used to secure the spacer frame to the table. The table is powered by a compressed air network, ensuring the appropriate medium parameters (i.e., humidity, lubrication, and pressure). Two quick connectors allow for the connection of additional auxiliary devices, such as a manual blow gun. The staple guns, powered by the main pneumatic circuit, are equipped with their own pneumatic switches. staplers along the table, moving them to the frame and controlling the firing is done manually. The table must be leveled before use. Adjusting feet and adjustment screws are provided for this purpose. The device must then be connected to the compressed air system using the power supply hose that is included with the table.
